What are the hours of operation?
Monday to Fridays 11:30am-11:00pm
Saturdays 11:30am- 11:00pm
Sundays 12:30pm -6:00pm
Car Parking?
You must Register you car on reception desk portal, add number plate on arrival that will cover you for Free Parking for your duration of stay whilst using the business
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
YES
The Golfers Lounge is for golfers with their own clubs.
We do ask however that your clubfaces are clean stainless steel and in good condition.
What should I wear?
Clean Golf shoes, running shoes and closed-toe shoes are preferred. Please do not wear metal spikes or heels. We recommend that you give us a call if you have any questions or need futher clarification prior to arrival.
Are walk-ins welcome or do I need to book ahead?
Yes but we cannot promise the simulators will be available but you can join the queue and book on your phone whilst their.
How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, you can do so by using our online booking system , all reservations require a full payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Unfortunately the system does not allow money back when cancelling but will allow you to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel or fail to attend your booking, you will loose your booking fee.
How many people can play at each simulator?
Up to four people are able to play at each simulator. However, if you have a group that is larger than four people, we’ve got you covered. We highly encourage that you pre-book two simulators next to each other. To do so, please give us a call we will be more than happy to help!
How accurate is the simulator?
Foresight Sports GC Hawk and Quads Very accurate! As used by the best players in the world.
Is there a prize if I shoot a hole-in-one?
Of course! Go on our wall of fame and Get a drink on us!

How long does it take to play a round of indoor golf?
Depending on your skill level & experience, it takes average golfers: 1 hour to play 18 holes per player (1/2 hour to play 9 holes), 2 hours to play 18 holes for 2 golfers, 3 hours to play 18 holes for 3 golfers, 4 hours to play 18 holes for 4 golfers. This does not include any warm up on the practice range. Play can be faster or slower depending on socializing, course difficulty or handicap. Simulator time can be reserved by the hour increments with up to 4 players per simulator.
How far in advance should I book a tee time?
Min 30 Mins, Max 90 days in advance.
Is the facility available for full facility rentals?
We do offer full facility rentals for a variety of different occasions including, birthdays, corporate functions and special events. Email for suitability please.
Sunday Morning Full facility 3 Bays 4 Hours £480 12 golfers at £40 PP.

Do I need to arrive a few minutes early?
Players should arrive at least 10-15 minutes early in order to provide you with enough time to get changed and get ready for your tee time. We want all players to be able to get their round started on time.
Can children use the simulators as well?
Children under the age of 16 can use our simulators, however, we ask that they are accompanied by an adult at all times.
Do I use your golf balls or can I bring my own?
You can use your own golf balls as long as it is a new unmarked ball. Any marks, marker pen or cuts, can cause damage to the screens.
Can I use my own tees?
We can provide the appropriate tees for use. Please do not use your own tees and try and stick them through the turf.
